New 3008 SUV launch day experience January 14th 2017

Thorough review of the safety features of the car , which I asked for. Then all the bells and whistles and options. Very impressive. Unpressurised discussion with Sam about what was possible with purchasing a new 3008. Relevant facts and figures obtained from a very supportive manager , Sue. Thank you both. Order made on the day. Pleasant experience, as ever carrying on from the excellent service from Nasser for the best part of 20 years. Looking forward to my 6th new Peugeot car.

Excellent service from beginning to end.

Our salesman Martin Rhodes was most helpful. We contacted him first by phone, then traveled from Northumberland to view the car and within two hours we were driving away with it. Excellent!

Pleasant and respectful

I purchased a car from Robins and Day yesterday. My decision to buy was greatly influenced by their attitude. Whilst buying a car can sometimes be stressful, R and D were polite and honest throughout.

Jeff Wootten the sales representative was excellent, not pushy, gave us time to ourselves to look around and then time on our own to have a chat before arriving at a decision. He then explained everything with clarity and answered all our questions with honesty. We have always been pleased with the service received at this Peugeot garage that's why we return.

Average customer service

Bit disappointing that I couldn't get the offer showing on internet £500 deposit contribution and a lower interest rate was told that offer is no longer available even though it's still showing on web site

Honest and straightforward

So glad I used Romford Citroën for our new car, the sales agent Jack was honest and straightforward letting us choose feeling comfortable and was easy to deal with, I would recommend them as a company for used or new car sales without doubt and got a deal I was really with.

Great

Great customer service, very friendly, did not feel like a pushy car sales place in the slightest. Felt very comfortable in taking my time to look around and ask questions, nothing was too much trouble.

A fantastic purchase experience

I went into Robins & Day having given up on a different nearby dealership due to extremely bad service. The salesman (Ben) was a pleasure to deal with. Helpful and accommodating. The test drive was arranged and done immediately and the purchase went ahead with speed and ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough (and the new car is great too!)

Complete trust in every aspect including help.

Went with no idea which car would suit myself. No pressure help from the salesman, advising all pros and cons on each car.
