I have given 5 stars although my new car is still to be delivered and is based on the sales service received.
With regard to the process of looking at car options and the service I received from Andy, I am very happy. When we first visited Robins and Day Andy was most helpful without being overbearing and pushy. We considered a number of options and he was always willing to look at availability and price ,offering advice and support. In fact the best testimony I can give is that he never got frustrated when I kept changing my mind and discussing the best deal for me.
I have now purchased from him and look forward to getting my new car.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, bought my car over the phone after agreeing a P/X over the phone with the salesman who was very friendly, accommodating and efficient. On arrival to collect my new vehicle all the paperwork was done and ready and I left within 30 minutes driving my new car home - no fuss, no messing, great service

I rang around a few dealers when looking for a new contract hire car having decided on the Peugeot 3008.
I received a few quotes and although John Bell's at Robins & Day was the cheapest, although others did say they would match it, i found talking to and dealing with John to be easy and straight forward. I liked he gave his best quote from the outset, he gave all requested information by return and always called back when he said he would.
During the entire process of ordering, paying for etc John has been efficient and helpful.
Today the car arrived and he kept me informed all the way. I cannot recommend John and Robins & Day enough. Efficient, friendly, helpful, professional and just really nice.

My overall experience at Robins & Day was great. All staff were very pleasant and Nick Carter, the Salesman who dealt with my part ex / purchase was great. Very helpful, but not pushy, just what you want. I definitely recommend friends and family to use them.
