I was welcomed by Jakub who offered me a cup of coffee, I was looking to part exchange my car for no more than a 2yr old car but was told that it wasn't worth my while getting a second hand car since the APR was considerably higher than with a new car but you get 3yrs service, insurance and warranty. I knew that I wanted a small car again and 108 was perfect. I really fell in love with the 108 Active Top! in Tahoe Blue that was already in the showroom. He checked over my 107 to see the condition and how much part exchange was, unfortunately it was only worth £500 but it was a 2007 model. I went for a test drive in the 108 Active and then went over in detail what would be the best options of a payment plan and what was included. I walked away feeling like I had made a good decision in getting a new car and to pick it up the following week.

My daughter and I bought cars from the Godalming branch at the same time. Polite and helpful salesman (Andrew Bunce). Clean and peaceful environment. Pleasant reception staff. VERY different at the Croyden branch - which we walked out of!

Out of all the showrooms we visited to window shop, this was the only dealership where someone actually approached us and asked if we needed any help. This is our first Motability car, and the staff were friendly, interested and helpful.

We recently bought the Car from Derby and from start to finish is was a great experience. John Meakin met us on the forecourt with a coffee and after we had looked at a few cars decided to take the 3008 on a test drive. John went through all of the car features and explained everything that we needed to know. The car was great to drive and we bought it the same day, just waiting to collect it this week. Made an appointment fairly last minute on a Saturday which was accommodated. Whilst we did have to wait a short while on arrival, we were offered drinks and there was a little play area for the children to amuse themselves. We were also offered colouring pencils for the children when they started to get a little fed up! The person we dealt with was efficient and knowledgeable without going in for the "hard sell".

I was nervous about the whole experience as I had never bought a car before. We were approached quickly and in a friendly fly manor. No hard sale as I already knew what I wanted. We were sat down and spoken to honestly and straight to the point. I walked away with the car wanted. And I had a choice what add ons I wanted. These were not just the added on in the small print. Very happy.

Simply the best experience I've ever had in the many years of purchasing cars. Stephen Parrot was exceptional from my first telephone contact to driving away in the car purchased . Due to a fall I had I couldn't get to see the car I was interested in which Stephen had moved from their Sheffield South Location to their North location. However I had no need to worry as he arranged to hold it for me till a week later when I could make the journey over from Lincoln. On viewing the said vehicle it was just as stated by Stephen and met our needs perfectly. He then completed the sale in a very professional manner ensuring i understood everything. We were never rushed , always offered drinks on arrival and put at ease through the whole process. An extremely helpful and cheerful sales advisor whom I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.
