Fantastic salesmanship

Jerome has gone above and beyond in his duty to help my partner and I secure our car. Not only did he make our purchase as smooth as possible, but he's even looking after us whilst we wait for our car to arrive, by helping with journey arrangements we needed to make, by securing us a courtesy car. Cannot thank the people at Robins & Day enough.

5 Star treatment-Hatfield !

I'm very happy with the service I received at Robins & Day in Hatfield great Customer service by Adam Munro.It really does a make a difference in the buying experience when you are made to feel comfortable and spoken to professionally.I would defiantly recommend this dealership in particular.Great 5* service!!!

Courteous and excellent service

From start to finish we received excellent service. Normally when going to purchase a second hand car you get a salesperson who is pushing for a sale, which I do not like. Martin the salesperson from Robins and Day went over the car with us pointed out various things that needed doing and listened to our views when we point things out. Both parties agreed on what work would be carried out to the satisfaction of all concerned. When we returned to collect the car it was pristine. At no time did we feel pressurized to purchase. From our experience we would recommend Robins and Day to anybody.
