A big thank you to Charles who sold us the car. He represents everything you would wish for in a Salesman. He was interested in our opinions our expectations and provided a valuable contribution when making our choice.
This would have been a five star review but unfortunately to clinch the deal we had to involve another member of staff who, without wanting to be to hard on the overall experience, nearly lost Robins and Day the sale.
This is the second time we have used the dealership and would definitely give Charles a call when we are looking to upgrade again.

Explanation of controls and functions of the car excellent and test drive brilliant. Explanation of insurance products onerous. Explanation of the credit agreement could be better. The interest flat % rate appeared to be much greater than the 6.61% quoted more like 9.6%. I decided that I wasn't going to pay £80 per month interest charges so I cancelled the agreement. I purchased the car by other means. On picking the car up there were a couple of problems which couldn't be solved without booking a service appointment. There should be service staff available to fix any minor problems. But it was nearly Christmas so give them the benefit of this festive season. Apart from the minor problems very pleased with the car!
