Very professional and also friendly service

I have never had a Peugeot car before but my Ford Focus was 14 years old and I needed to replace it with something similar - an automatic petrol estate. The salesman was most helpful and sold me a Peugeot 308SW. I am getting used to all the technology in the new car that has been developed in the last 14 years but so far I am delighted with the car, especially the predicted fuel consumption which will be half that of my old car, and the VED which is significantly cheaper (£30) compared to what I would have had to pay for my old car (£270).

We have been overwhelmed by the exceptional customer service that we have received here. Paul Jackson has been looking after us through a very difficult situation that we were in with Nissan after being sold two very faulty, brand new Qashqai's. With Paul's continued support and professionalism we have bought a beautiful new 3008 Peugeot and we are so excited about collecting our new car in about five weeks. May we mention also that the whole team here interact with each other really well too. We arrived to visit the showroom one day on Paul's day off and John, another advisor came to help us, answering lots of our questions. Another advisor made us some hot drinks and when we put a deposit down on our car we were introduced to the service team too. We have spent a long tome looking for our new car and we can honestly say that no other car dealership has treated us so well. Thank you.

My son had just written off his car and needed a set of wheels quick, we visited a few dealers (Skoda, VW etc) but they did not assist us in the way that John at the Sale branch of Robins & Day did. We told him our requirements and he went through all the options open to us, they had a range of pre-reg 208's in (not many left by then) which turned out to be excellent value and far more ' grown up ' than the 108 we had in mind initially, and to be honest a lot nicer than i had though being a VAG buyer for most of my life. We walked in on Friday and drove away with the car on the Tuesday, thousands under list price and all with John explaining everything we needed to know about the car and the financing of the car, an excellent dealer and i am now looking at changing brands !

Excellent value and service

Mitchell Galdies our sales advisor made the whole process painless; with clear explanation of the options available and how the process works This coupled with the Peugeot's simple approach to modals and extras made it easy to make a decision. We were looking to buy a Seat Alteca but I had been struggling to work out exactly what I wanted.

Robins & Day Maidstone and all the staff there were very kind and welcoming, always offered us teas or coffees. The salesperson I have dealt with is Anna. She is very helpful and always been willing to help and answer any of my questions. Anna showed excellent customer service and excellent product knowledge. I never had to call to chase an update as Anna is very efficient in keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Anna has continued to provide excellent service throughout the process and since then. She has called to check everything is OK and has expressed that she is still more than happy to answer any questions I have since the handover. I am very pleased with the experience, I would definitely recommend Robins & Day Maidstone, and Anna, to everyone and anyone.

Salesman was very professional, courteous and more than happy to help with all my questions. Good advice given when I wasn't sure of a couple of optional extras to add to the car. Very happy customer - just have to wait a few weeks for delivery.
