The sales advisor who supported us in what proved to be a long and quite complicated process of buying a car was Shola Ekperigin. He persisted in the search for a used car that took several weeks to come to fruition. The car we wanted seemed to be in great demand. During that time he kept us constantly informed of his search progress. Although our car needs stayed the same his search difficulties highlighted that we needed to increase the money we were prepared to spend.

Went to collect my car from the Derby branch, was greeted by a friendly salesperson called Darrel Gibson who dealt with the purchase of my Peugeot 108 Active. Went though all the paperwork, was shown around the car and shown some of the features of the car. The only slight downside was having to chase up the service history which eventually arrived, otherwise the car was in excellent condition and overall was very pleased with it, would definitely recommend Robins & Day to friends and family!

Company extremely focused on the customer not leaving the dealership untill both parties have reached a satisfactory conclusion IE "a deal made" Efficient management & courteous up to the point where a sale is achieved & signed. I have no doubt that the the subsequent handover and future dealings will be as friendly & easily dealt with as the pre-sale.

I visited the garage 3 times before deciding on purchasing my car. All 3 visits were very positive.My first visit Sunday 9th April (didnt take the colleagues name) but he came out to offer help if I needed any help answered the questions i asked and then kindly left me alone to look over the cars get in and out and didnt give any of the hard sell or get in the way. second visit I went to ask for a test drive and was dealt with by Pippa Moriaty. She was very helpful and really knew her stuff when it came to the details of the car. After deciding not to by a new car but to go back to the original car that I had originally chosen, she arranged for our details to be left with her colleague Ricky Carr. When I arrived I was promptly helped and went out for test drives in the 2 cars I was chosing between. Unsure about both i asked to go out in another and this was quickly arranged. Three hours later I finally picked a car, which did have a scratch on it and they have agreed to repair before I collect it. At no time was I ever made to feel pressured into purchasing anything and all the colleagues I encountered during my visits were very friendly and accomodating. I will be collecting my car on Monday .I am very happy with the service that I have received and would recommend them.

Hi I would like to thank Paul Moreton from Robins & Day, Erdington for the good management skills he showed to me, also the help and support with the paperwork, I have also recommended to my sister who has also now happy with a 108 car.
