After visiting various different dealerships before I passed my test all of them barring this one fobbed me off when they realised I had yet to pass, mo was excellent in arranging the correct car and paperwork for me and made it very simple for a first time buyer like myself to get everything In place, within an hour of passing my test I had arranged to come and see mo and within four hours my deposit was down on the car and the next morning I had set my insurance up and other details with John who was also very accommodating.

I had a good experience and i cannot fault Nick the salesman who managed to het me to buy new!!! As a dealership I think Peugeot ought to be more competitive eith their 'carrots' i.e. free servicing for a while, insurance deals etc

Turned up at Robins and day the staff where very nice the sales man RICKY very good no pressure left us to look round the car then come back after 5 minutes to make sure everything was ok with the car GOT THE SALE BECAUSE NO PRESSURE AND FOLLOWING US ROUND

Harry was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. We had a 20 minute conversation on the phone and an promised call back was followed up and my car was ready for purchase ! I cannot recommend this dealer enough, for the no nonsense straight forwardness of my experience of a car sale. This is how all car sales should go. Thanks again Harry.

A very good service, Richard was not pushy, he just explained the facts and left you to make your mind up. The car arrived when expected and everything was organised simply and without fuss, I can't fault the service at all.

Our buying experience

Our experience at this dealership was positive. We were able to look around at the cars without being pounced on which we appreciated. Sales person was helpful and friendly knowledgeable about the particular car we were looking at. Paper work and negotiations were good too. We haven't picked up our vehicle yet so cannot comment on the whole experience
