Mitch Galdies was my 'sales advisor', he was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. There was no hard sell tactics and they were open to sensible negotiations. I am pleased with the deal I managed to secure, I've not yet collected the car but I am not expecting any problems to arise

All AOK. We were late but we were soon sorted by Pippa. We were actually shopping for a later purchase. However we were given a deal we couldn't refuse! So we didn't.

We found them to be very helpful and were not too pushy and Caroline was very professional in our dealings with Robins and Day unlike the experience we were given from a dealer in our home town

After visiting a couple of self acclaimed market leading dealerships ( move me closer etc ) my wife and I called into Robins and Day. What a difference !!. Polite, professional, welcoming and accommodating ( apart from negotiating price, I am never satisfied ). The other dealers display vehicles NOT prepared for sale, poorly valeted and downright dirty in some cases. NOT accommodating with an attitude they are doing you a favour by removing a vast amount of money from you. VERY poor and unacceptable warranties, one dealership 3 months another 60 days. Of course they will extend this for you sir!, That'll be an extra £300 + Sir!. NO WAY. Robins and Day Benton vast difference we were welcomed in, shown a couple of cars with nothing too much trouble, no pressure, 2 test drives and eventually a sale. All good mind you a tight sales manager !!!. Then again as I have said, I am NEVER satisfied. Well presented vehicles and even the one we purchased brought over from another site, no problem. All in all a very favourable experience, highly recommended. You want a Peugeot go to the professionals avoid the others.

Charles parry was the sales person who helped me I found him very easy to talk to and not at all pushy as some car sales personnel a very easy transaction thank you

Just brilliant from start to finish. From providing an excellent courtesy car then giving me a fantastic Temporary car until my car is ready for collection. Staff were so pleasant and warm. Can't believe it's taken me so long to get down there and experience this wonderful team of people. 5 star brilliance.

I went in with no expectation to leave with a car. The staff were really helpful, talked practically about what I could get for the money I was willing to pay. They gave the best offer available in their store.
