Wonderful service
Wonderful service - quick, simple and efficient. I received a response to my on-line query after only a few minutes and was invited to view the car the following day at their Hatfield branch. The sales agent Shamiul Ahmed guided me through the process and I was not pressured in to purchasing any additional services. Within 2 hours of walking in to the showroom I was driving away. A smooth and enjoyable experience
Having been to several other dealers before our visit to Robins & Day it was refreshing to receive a service that was informative and relaxed. Even though the showroom had closed when we were first reviewing the vehicles available, Nigel Gravelle noticed us on his exit from the site and took time to help us with our initial enquiries. On returning the next day for a test drive he made our experience very enjoyable and we are really looking forward to collecting our new car in a few days.

This is my first time getting a car …
This is my first time getting a car from a garage and i must say francis has looked after me, i was originally looking at doing the just add fuel but couldnt as i wasnt elegible for it, so francis found a brilliant price in another deal and also gave me a few options to choose from! Working in customer service myself, i am delighted with the service and will recommend it to everyone, im looking forward to picking up my new car next week! Transaction was dealt with by Scott, professional, courteous, few points needed to be ironed out before deal was done but I was dealt with promptly, Scott rang me to let me know the car I was interested in was actually in the showroom and a test drive was booked.
