I guess All is well that ends well!
Rakesh was easy to deal with and great in his knowledge.
However, prior to meeting and dealing with Rakesh, I did have to call and put a complaint in to the manager of the branch.
I had been promised for over 2 weeks to get a call back for me to come in. I had no response. I was called many times and was always promised a response to book a time in - with no luck.
Eventually I just walked in and luckily didn't have any of those "salesmen" (who's names I have) to deal with. Luckily met Rakesh who was super.
If it wasn't for the "What car of the year award" on the 3008, I wouldn't have even come again after having such bad service to start with!!

Great sales experience. We booked an appointment for a test drive and the car was ready for us when we got to the showroom. No waiting around. The Sales Advisor was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Explained all the car features during hand over. The car was spotless. Very happy with our experience so will not hesitate to have the car serviced there either.

Spoke with a gentleman called Kieren Anderson, who helped me understand the different choices I can make to buy my next car. After his polite and detailed explanation I agreed to buy, and we went through the stages to order my new car. Looking forward to the day it arrives!
