Great customer service provided
Great customer service provided. I had been to 2 other dealers previously but did not feel comfortable at these dealerships. Robins and Day talked me through all available options and listened to then addressed any concerns I had. I liked the fact that the salesman didn't keep going back to the manager. Well done.

A very smooth car purchase
I found my car during an internet search, sent a message via the third party website and received a response from Chris within an hour. I then telephoned him and we agreed a price and collection day. I live over two and a half hours away from the dealership and so traveled by train to collect the car on the agreed date (Chris collected me from the station) and everything went extremely smoothly.
Overall I received an excellent deal and service throughout the process. I would highly recommend Robins & Day Guildford for their customer service and communication with special thanks to Chris.
