From the start of phonecalls to Robins and Day (Hurtmore, Guildford) all of the staff were always friendly and helpful (without being typical 'pushy' car salesman).
The process of buying the car also went very smoothly, and again the staff were lovely...very warm and helpful. They were also great at keeping us updated on the phone before we could pick up our car. I have already been recommending this branch to friends as dealing with this branch has been so much nicer than other car companies we have dealt with before.
