Good customer service

Nice , easy,relaxed conversation during which at no time did we feel pressured . All aspects of sale and extras available explained in full . Worked through the sale rechecking all aspects were as we required and proceeded with sale only when we felt comfortable. Left the showroom with a broad smile and on the knowledge we would soon have a new car to collect . ????

Excellent service

Gareth Roberts was really helpful from start to finish. He answered all my questions very promptly, and as the vehicle was used, I asked him to point out any blemishes. Without delay he sent me photographs of a few barely perceptible blemishes, which would be expected on a two year old van. One of them I would probably not even have noticed. On inspection the vehicle was exactly as I had been led to believe. Gareth also arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home address, almost three hours drive away, at a time suitable to me. The whole sale process was very pleasant and I highly recommend Gareth and this company.

I was very impressed

I was very impressed. There was no 'salesman' speech. I chose a car, test drove it and even put a deposit down.I subsequently pulled out of buying it (with a heavy heart!) but Mike accepted my decision and was very professional.
