Very enjoyable purchasing experience. The salesman (Moj Asghari) and a senior manager took time to listen to what we wanted. They were very informative but didn't pressure us at all. When we wanted some time to discuss our options we were left alone to do so. The car features were explained clearly and a very useful test drive was provided there and then even though we had just called in, nothing booked. All questions answered clearly. Moj was very pleasant and friendly, dealing with us with very good humour. That's not a deal breaker but it certainly makes difference and gives a very good impression of how this dealership works with customers. He also had a very thorough knowledge of the car, which was very helpful indeed. The part-exchange deal we got was very good and how that had been put together was explained to us (a first for me I think, I don't remember being told that much detail elsewhere over many years of buying cars). We were provided with information about options such as the service plan but that was it ... no sales pressure to take up the options. I always appreciate that ... much more likely to buy something if I'm simply left to make my own mind up once I've got the info I need.

We were dealt with in a courteous and professional manner, in no hurry, in spite of dropping into the showroom on spec. There were explanations about the car but no hard sell. We came back for a test drive and the car was ready. A thoroughly professional service. Happy to purchase my new car here

Excellent service

Had the pleasure dealing with Robins & Day Fleet Cars Edgware on several occasions, and I have to say the service was excellent. Despite having to wait a short while I was very happy with my visit to order my new c3. I have dealt with Richard Bissett for 3 citroens now and every time has been a pleasure. He is a personable and professional person that makes the ordering of the car easy and efficient.

We were served by a young man called Elliot Ede nothing was too much trouble for him. He was cheerful and considerate of our age. He brought us straight to the car we wanted. Which we bought and hope to pick up on Friday the 15/9... on the test drive I was very impressed by his honesty about the air con and the steering pulling to the right. He promised to have the car tip top on Fri. and I'm looking forward to picking it up. I can honestly it was the most pleasant experience I've had of purchasing a car. I recently bought the new 3008 from Peugeot, I have to say that the experience with Robins & Day was amazing, especially I have to acknowledge the help I got from Daniel Harrington when buying the car. His attention to detail is great, he was very dedicated and help me to identify the right engine for my needs. He answered all the questions nicely and when he took me for a ride to show me all the features of the car he was exceedingly helpful. Also, the deal they gave me put a big smile on my face.
