I found staff at Robins & Day to be very approachable & friendly. I took my rather excitable kids with me but nothing was too much trouble. We were looked after very well by all from the Manager down!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, would recommend Sharon to any parents helping their kids buy their first car. She was very patient and reassuring and told us everything we needed to know about the car and all the paperwork. She didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want!

I turned up without an appointment and Mr English at Cribbs Causeway was very helpful, we were only interested in one vehicle and he wasn't pushy at all , we also wanted to take the car that morning, again it was no problem. The deal was done by lunchtime , very pleased

Customer service was Good, disappointed that the Interior hadn't been cleaned from the previous owners. Not sure all the check were carried out as spare tyre was flat, and incorrect pressures on rest of the car.

I have always had good service with Robins&Day and found them helpful. Just recently I had a change in my life that made things more difficult for me and this was about my car, with the help of Robins&Day this was sorted out and a new car was ordered which should make my life a lot easier and I am now looking forwards to the arrival of my new car, I can't thank the sales staff enough on the Peugeot side of the company for all their help.
