A perfectly satisfactory transaction. Jayna at Robins and Day was pleasant, helpful and efficient and I selected a good car at a fair price with minimal fuss. Very happy to buy from such a garage. Car well-prepared and sensible value. Would go there again. Surprisingly good coffee/hot chocolate while you wait. Parking a little awkward.
Why stop short of five stars? Just small things. Firstly, the tyres were adjuged to have 5mm tread on the MOT. The front tyres looked less to me, but I suppose that is over 3/4 of the width, so benefit of doubt given. There was skant negotiation on price, and the consolation door mats mentioned did not appear. Lastly, there is a appreciable dink in the rear tailgate which (I admit) I hadn't noticed on first inspection - and it doesn't look recent enough to be in-between viewing and collection. It would have been nice for that to have been acknowledged - although I understand it is my responsibility to look properly. Otherwise all good.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience , for the first time visiting, with helpful staff and courtesy at every level. Unfortunately I was not able to test drive an actual same- model car that I was there to drive, so a pity prior to making an order, but hopefully I will be contacted if this becomes possible prior to my new car's delivery. Otherwise excellent.

Great sales team
The staff couldn’t have done more for us. There were delays with the car. The system used to update the sales staff isn’t the most reliable or up to date. This is an area that could be significantly improved to improve the customer journey when buying a car, instead of the vague information the sales people have to give.
