On visiting the show room and discussing my requirements in relation to car type and cost, the staff were very helpful in meeting my needs. This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from Robins & Day (formerly Citroen Manchester) I have always found them to be helpful and fair with regard to trade in values etc . I prefer to deal direct with a manufacturer as they are more knowledgeable about their products

Pretty good just double check your car before paying!!

I had a very good sales person knowledgeable, not overly pushy and explained all the paperwork as required to. Plenty of time to talk me through and a superb test drive opportunity. Love the car purchased the only thing that stopped me from putting the 5 stars down was a small painted over nick above the care handle to the rear door and I know that it wasn’t there when I first looked around the car. It’s a pity that he said “But you can see it’s been painted over they wouldn’t take the door off for that.” As it made me feel like my money was taken I could just jog on. I viewed a car without a nick, I know either my husband or I would have noticed it. But bought one with a little painted over one. The car runs beautifully and I’m sure it won’t be long until there are a few more chips. I guess it’s just the wording of how it was put to me so nonchalantly.
