service was great, friendly and open. No pressure sales, I felt in control the whole time and not forced into anything. Very pleased with my car and experience. Would be happy to return and buy another car from them.

Very professional. The gentleman, Mr Ian McDonald showed me various cars. He was extremely helpful, polite,and patient. He never badgered me into choosing a car but was always on hand to answer my numerous quest. A really professional member of your staff and very professional.

Our dealings with Robins & Day

Our dealings with Robins & Day was very pleasant and Mr Dylan Mc Niel in the used car department was a very knowledgeable and knew his product well. We though that when we arrived to view the car and he could not find it or our alternative colour he was mortified and could not understand why it was not on show. After he located it all was fine. We picked up the car today 10/11/2017 and every thing was just fine.MR Dylan Mc Niel is an asset to the company and made our purchase a pleasant and comfortable exercise. The service I got from Peugeot Gateshead from Gary and his team I can only describe that it exceeded even my high expectations, Excellent customer service through professionalism, honesty, friendliness and an appreciation of what all customer expect when they are spending their hard earned capital. Rarely have I experienced such a high level of commitment to make the customers experience feel comfortable and rewarding, culminating in the fact that, all that was possible has been done to accommodate the customer expectations. I shall return when it is time to change our car.
