I would like to thank James for his excellent customer service. I have been back twice now on a Sunday and though they have been really busy was seen very quickly. They are not pushy really happy so far with the service I have received. I was told my car would be ready in 3 weeks but received a call today that they are working on getting it here for next week.

I would like to say a massive thankyou to salesman Kevin at Tyburn road branch, as I went in to look for a small car , there was nothing available at the branch, I explained that I only had a certain amount of money to spend and wanted something cheap to tax and cheaper on the insurance, he said give me 24hrs and he will get me a car, within 2hrs Kevin had found me a car and got it moved from the other branch in romford, I went the following day to look at the car and it was perfect , Kevin was easy going and made me feel relaxed and told meif I didn't like it not a problem, but I love it , once again thanks Kevin ur a star

I purchased my car November 2017. James was my salesman - he was lovely; he made me feel special; I got the car that I wanted on both occasions; he was very attentive; very helpful. He always explained everything fully and ensured that I understood the finer details. James always returned my telephone calls promptly.
I found James very easy to get on with. He was professional at all times.
James was always smartly dressed / dapper. He looked the part.
James always asked about our day and appeared to take an interest in us as people.
I always telephone James when I need to enquire about anything and I will not hesitate to contact James if and when I wish to update my cherished car.
Great purchase
When we arrived on the forecourt the salesmen were very polite and gave us time to look around before they walked over. Darren was very professional throughout the test drive and during the sales in the salesroom. He was not pushy and listened to us. My first ever car and it’s my pride and joy. Thanks for such good customer care. We could do with a Robins and Day dealership in Suffolk!
