Salesman Sunny was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and I was happy with the car, it's delivery and instruction. My only complaint is that the admin side of the business doesn't match the sales department, due to some breakdown in communication, I waited far longer for my cherish plate than I should. R & D did give me a loan car whilst I waited but cannot but feel that I was let down by their admin side.
