Your salesman Jack Quire assisted us greatly in the purchase of a Picasso C4. A very helpful and personable young man, at no time did we feel under any pressure. This was our first contact with Robins and Day, we would certainly recommend based on our initial experience.

Very good experience. Every aspect of that car was explained to us . Mr Nick ( Sales Person) was very good. He was explaining every thing perfectly. He said to us "Be patient I have to Explain and do all the paper work correctly".That shows how he was doing our deal. Originally car came with one year warranty. And they gave us further one year warranty without charge. Mr Nick walked 75 yards to the main building and brought coffee within that cold day. overall we are fully satified his and their service. Thanks .

The whole experience of buying my new car was easy and effortless, made all the easier by Dan, simple.
Robins and Day Gateshead
I took my car for its Annual Service at Gateshead Robins and Day yesterday. The service and communication received from Sarah and Rachel on the service desk was brilliant, although there were a few things that needed to be fixed they explained the options and when i said that I was short of funds they advised there was an interest free option which helped me greatly. They also said although they could do it that afternoon but as I needed to be home they got one of the workers (who was also great) to drop me at home and then i returned to pick car up today.
They are a credit to the company and they also took my friendly banter well! :)

Shanell, the Sales Adviser was professional, friendly, polite and provided very good customer service. No time wasting and very efficient in dealing with the requirements needed. No gimmick sale pitch and very clear and knowledgeable on products available to suit financial needs, giving us different options to consider. Great at dealing with questions and queries asked, in consultation with a manager. No time wasting in the completion of purchasing a new car. Very happy with the service received at Robin and Day in Croydon.
