This was my first experience of buying…
This was my first experience of buying a new car and the guys have been nothing but honest and helpful! No pressure sells from these guys.
The colour I wanted was not available but they tried to get one for me to no avail but instead of trying to push me toward another colour, as it was almost the end of the month and targets need to be met, they went as far as to order me a new one from the factory! They also bent over backwards to help keep within my budget.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of “car salesmen”. Thank you to all the guys at Robins and Day Peugeot!!!

Overall great service, staff are friendly and helpful. only downfall they do not have the best telephone manners and the can take a while to get back to you.
In terms of price, they do find something that fits your budget but sales staff should get more knowledge about product specifications.
I would recommend to anyone. Only thing is the response time which will need to improve.

From start to finish my experience was very good, I never felt pressured into buying the car and Jamie was very helpful going above and beyond to help.
My new car
I have been a Peugeot Cribbs Causeway customer for years. They are a happy friendly and very helpful team. Caroline Lydiate has worked tirelessly to find me the right car and been extremely patient with me when I have been fussy and rejected several cars, Through her perseverance she has found me the right car which I will pick up tomorrow. The girls working on the service desk are also always a pleasure to deal with.
