Good Experience So Far...

Whilst ordering the vehicle I have not yet collected, so hence 5-starts is not currently appropriate. The Sales experience with Phillip has been excellent, having enquired about the vehicle online he hasn't pushed just answered my never ending questions. I'm always honest with people, no bantering on price just say what I'm prepared to pay and if we can strike a deal we don't waste time going backwards and forwards. We agreed realistic expectations on both sides and a visit proved to be worthwhile just to confirm we were both being honest. The deal done, we collect this evening.

Iv just picked up my new used car from Citroen redditch and the service I received was excellent james who helped me through the process was friendly courteous and overall just a nice guy who explained everything in detail and then also helped my daughter to find a car All in all excellent service would recommend Citroen redditch to everyone

Daniel who assisted us was fantastic

Daniel who assisted us was fantastic. Our children came with us to the show room, (as no childcare) my youngest 5 with Autism is non-verbal was making a bit of noise and was getting excited being in the cars and this did not faze him. Daniel took his time and stopped so we couple settle and check on her. He was very informative and helped us every step of the way. Thank you. Mrs Cheryl Mcdonnell

Thank you Nick Fitzgerald great service and documentation feed excellent. However had to call today at 10:43 hrs as Windscreen/Rear Screen washers are not working at all although plenty of water in the tank still awaiting a call back from your service department at 11:20 hrs. Also, Service book has only been partly completed has stamp but no signature plus we seem to be missing the TomTom SD card for the Sat Nav
