Excellent customer service from start to finish , cannot fault the dealership hence why we came back and exchanged for another newer model . Never had an issue with the service side either . Nothing is too much trouble .

Good Experience

The Sales executive was extreemly helpful and did all he could to satisfy my questions. Also he made every effort to meet my requirement of road testing a vehicle with the specification I was interested in to the extent of having to get one from another R & D dealership which I appreciated. At this stage this is all I can say as the vhicle is still to be built and delivered.

5 years later, just as good

I used Robins & Day Peugeot in Coventry to buy a used Peugeot 5 years ago and was so pleased with the service that I kept the name of the salesman I dealt with in case I needed it in future. I had no problems with that car and decided recently to change the model so called to see if the salesman was still there (Mark Whelan in case anyone's interested) and he was. Result,... my next car was sorted in one visit. I had done a reasonable amount of research before this and so was happy that I was getting a good car for a good price. Here's hoping I'm just as happy with this one as I was with the last one.

Ricky has been brilliant so far from Robins and Day in Birmingham, purchasing a used DS3 and he wasn't pushy at all, really helpful and knowledge on the vehicle was good, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car from there, not many used car salesman I would trust, but this is one....cant wait to pick the car up!
