Straight forward purchase of car

Excellent Service. Found a great deal on a new car for me, 3rd car from here now. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Didn’t mind the kids being there, very accommodating. Didn’t feel pressured into anything.

Yet another good experience at Robins & Day Romford. Mark was very helpful and the car was ready asap.

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check, I was told that he car would cost over £3,000 to fix. However, I was called in and it was explain in full to me. I was then advised on loads of others options that I could follow up on. A few hours later I was in the process of buying a brand new car on a payment plan that I can afford. Customer service & honest, superb! Thank you very much!!

Very helpful and friendly staff

Had mysterious one off fault on our Berlingo, just before our 265 miles journey down to Herts. On arrival, decided to book into Robins & Day Hatfield for a diagnostic check. At end of day, left, having purchased a Partner Tepee! High pressure sales at its best? Because it's a red one? Not in the least. It was a conscious decision to change cars and was a process made painless by all R & D staff, from Service to Sales. We've used R & D before and, again, we were treated to the same friendly, courteous, helpful and non-pushy approach as ever. The sale was completed quickly and efficiently by Peter Crook, with some valuable driving advice thrown in by Jamie (No credit card number requested!). Top marks to R & D, a long way in front of a few others I choose not to mention! A sincere thank you to all at R & D Hatfield.
