Brilliant advice in selecting model
I was looking for a car with quite specific requirements and was delighted by the care taken by the salesperson (Sharon Yeomans). Her advice and practical approach to selecting the best model to suit our changing needs were exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robins & Day in Birmingham to anyone needing a used car. It's good to have such friendly and personal assistance.

Having been to look at 3 different cars prior to yourselves we must say that the experience was a revelation. All three previous visits were to branches of Arnold Clarke- I'm sorry to say it is also a Scottish company but customer service is abysmal. I have never come across a corporate culture like it. You have got it right if the ret of your staff are half as good as Ms Breckinridge. She restored our faith in young people and your industry in particular. She has future management potential. Glad we came to you, but of corse this is on,y the beginning of our relationship.
Very Professional and friendly service
Very Professional and friendly service. Took time to show us about the car and test drive on Friday evening. We were not rushed at all despite it was well past closing time when we were finalising the deal. Good communication from Sam throughout the process from initial contact to completion. David was also very good and helpful both on the phone and in the show room.
I am looking forward to picking up my new car on Friday.
