Thanks for your call earlier this morning. Pleased to say that the new car has already completed its first long distance trip on the weekend and all went smoothly. We are very pleased with the car and wish to record our appreciation of your excellent service throughout the purchasing process, which resulted in our receiving exactly the model and colour we had desired. I would also like to comment on your sympathetic and efficient manner in helping with the fallout from the unfortunate incident with your loan car on June 30th.

The service from both Tim the Sales Manager and Adam Senior Sales Exec. was refreshingly businesslike providing expert advice, trial drive and effective product selection and ordering. They changed what was becoming a frustrating car purchase experience so that I left the dealership completely satisfied with my order. Adam phoned me an hour later with details of the order number as he had promised. Full marks to Robins & Day Sale.

After dealing without a different dealer in Medway I found this place on car wow . It’s was a much more relaxed and normal experience choosing my new car with them ! Staff were polite And friendly and there was no heavy pushy sales technics . Would definitely recommend trying them even if they are not in your locals area !

The process was simple from when he phoned to say they'd taken the order to taking delivery.
Shaun was very patient as I was negotiating buying the car for my daughter.
He explained all the things we needed to know in a practical curtious manner with a bit of good humour that gave it a human factor that made us feel a trust had built up.
I would definitely us their services again.

I had a great experience purchasing our new peugeot 2008 from Robins & Day.
Nigel our sales advisor answered all our questions and made sure the car was to our expectations and standards both during the test drive to when we picked it up.
The rest of the sales staff were great too.
There was no hard sell, the environment is relaxing and the coffee is great.
