Outstanding customer service from Robins & Day Stockport. We had an issue with the alloys on our vehicle that it’s just over 12 months old I took it in on Thursday a lovely gentleman called Stuart was really helpful he took photos to send to the manufacture he said he would be in contact as soon as he had a reply the next day he telephoned to say it had been approved he remembered the location of where I told him I worked he said the alloys are in stock and when did I want to book it in ....we arranged this for the Tuesday he also told me the vehicle had an outstanding recall that they could also do at the same time highly recommend as he also arranged the vehicle to be ready to collect in my lunch break fantastic

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Robins and Day Chiswick. All staff were so helpful and friendly when talking with me through different cars as I was in the process of looking to purchase my first car. I would like to thank Alexandra specifically. She went above and beyond to find the right car and way of purchase for me, even when they had no power at the showroom! I could not fault one thing. Having now taken delivery of our new 2008 I must say how delighted we have been with John Bell at Robins & Day, Leicester. He was very professional from the outset and this has continued throughout our time in dealing with him. The real bonus was not just getting a top leasing deal but also disposing of our 2 year old 3008 to John’s colleagues in used car sales with him coordinating everything to our satisfaction.
