Buying a car from any dealer isn’t a nice experience, unless you pay the full price or enjoy the haggling to reduce the price. You never feel a winner and always think you have payed too much. Servicing, mats and flaps are extra, no mention of fuel, 3 years breakdown costs extra, delivery charge is excessive. Mats were eventually offered FOC but the discount was adjusted accordingly as I had reduced the extras on the vehicle. Athough the vehicles final value isn’t effected by any extras. The APR interest rate is high compared to other car manufacturers but the model I was purchasing is popular, but at today’s current rates it is rather insulting (this probably isn’t control by R&D). There was less gamesmanship from the Bristol office, compared to the Cribbs outlet and I liked the matter of fact manner of the sales manager. Poor number of showroom vehicles in both branches. If Peugeot want to be considered a premium brand, they have to look at Mini, BMW, Volvo and Audi to see how it’s done, but the branch is under refurbishment and this may increase the perceived quality of the brand. Reasonable discount was offerred. I hope the purchase is trouble free, but let’s wait and see, I will update this review when the process is finalised.

Excellent customer service, fab show room and all round great experience. Just what you need when making a decision on a big purchase. The sales adviser Alex was so helpful, professional and gave me so many options and explained them all very clearly. I was offered refreshments which was a nice touch. I would 100% recommend Robins & Day Hatfield and Alex to anyone that is looking to buy a new car with trust.

The Robins & Day Chingford branch is a fantastic Peugeot dealership from which to buy a car. This was really enhanced especially by Marius (sales Associate) and Michael (sales Manager) who offered a fantastic customer service journey from initial inquiry to taking delivery which including honest advice and recommendations without being pushy and with very competitive pricing. Nothing was too much trouble for them to meet our requirements and accommodate numerous changes including sourcing a brand new 3008 SUV model and colour to the specs we requested, in a matter of days compared to a factory order which would have taken several months. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending this dealership and in particular this duo sales team - Very pleased with our purchase.Thank you.

last week I visited Robins & Day Liverpool to buy a car for my wife. I was so impressed with the deals on offer and more so the service I received from a salesperson named Mark Radley that I bought a second car for myself. For me the little gestures in life are so important and Mark dotted the I;s and crossed the T's surrounding all of the aspects of my buying experience. 10 out of 10 for me and importantly my wife.
