Salesman (Tom) was very helpful and put himself out to explain and demonstrate my options (which resulted in a sale)
Cannot comment on future service etc etc but initial contact very encouraging.

Looked for a replacement vehicle.
Looked for a replacement vehicle seen one I liked on the website and went to have a look and test drive, purchased the vehicle waiting for the vehicle to be checked completely before they let it go, arranged for the collection to be on the 30th or 31st, problem with front shock absorbers waiting for them to be delivered then fitted, then probably going now to be on the 31st.

I've been dealing with Daniel McNulty at Robins & Day Liverpool on my PCH for a new 3008. Was previously let down by another main dealer in Yorkshire so switched my custom. Have to say the service at R&D has been fantastic. Brilliant communication, good advice and really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Really simple buying process
Really simple buying process. I ordered the car on line and the local garage kept me updated on progress.
Picked up on agreed date and was with them as long as they told me I would be. They’d already set up the nav updates etc which was useful and saved time.
Everyone was really helpful and have been in touch since purchasing to check all is ok.
