Great service, very knowledgeable and very patient with us constantly making changes. Would recommend Daniel Back to anyone buying a car (especially a Peugeot). We saw a several other manufacturers (Kia and Nissan) and neither knew their stuff (without checking) like Daniel and neither had the same enthusiasm as Daniel.

Service following complaint.
Having written a scathing review about my 80 year old father in laws treatment I must say that Robins and Day were quick to contact me and we had a detailed discussion of what had taken place. The full timeline of what had taken place was outlined, what parts were fitted ,tests done etc and the after sales manager was quite frank. He apologised that the service received in our view was not up to their usual standard and regretted that we had not returned the car for them to rectify.
My father in law was contacted and in short a cheque will be dispatched to cover the costs he had incurred. I cannot fault the way that this complaint has been handled.

Sales staff who really know their product, helpful without being pushy, prompt responses to enquiries, good follow-through on a couple of issues that needed resolving.
