Wonderful staff
Wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy in every way. Although this had been my first purchase from there i now wouldnt dream of shopping anywhere else.

From the moment i called Robins & Day and spoke to Brendan about the car i was interested in, i felt valued as a customer. I got the call backs i was promised and all my questions about the vehicle, payment methods and my individual requirements were answered professionally and courteously. The car was held for me, i was offered part exchange and given a valuation for my existing car and a date for viewing and test driving arranged. On the day itself, i was treated very well and a few minor issues that popped up were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. My new (used) car was valeted and i was given a years free road tax and a tank of fuel as a thank you for my patience. Great service that ensured that buying and driving off in my car was as good an experience as you should expect. Many thanks to all involved and particularly Brendan Williams

Saw a DS3 online. Reserved by phone. Nothing was too much trouble for the young man, Joe who sold us the car. Very polite and respectful at all times. Would recommend.
