Our visit to Robin and Day in Hatfield was a complete success in that we found the showroom to be immaculate and the staff friendly and most welcoming. Of particular note was the attention of sales assistant Lewis. He was so helpful and attentive, highly efficient and always smiling as he answered all our questions and taking great care to explain all the features of the car in which we are interested. All of this it must be said , in total contrast to the treatment we received from Damien Buncombe at the Edgware branch. We were offered a viewing of the same car at an inflated price at a time to be arranged by telephone. There was no follow up and when we contacted the Edgware office we were informed that Damien had taken a day off. On contacting the sales staff at Hatfield, it was discovered he had made no arrangements for the car to be transported from Hatfield. It was the suggested by Lewis that we visit Hatfield, which having done so, was well worth the journey from our Wembley home.. Good information from salesman on first call which tied in with website description. This was essential as i live in south wales and car i wanted in coventry. Well worth the trip up after reserving the car as it was exactly what i was looking for.
