Carole was very helpful throughout the sale process and was very patient with all our many questions and form completion. The only slight disappointment was although Carole enquired about the delivery of the new car and was told it was on the dockside at Sheerness (in the same county) it then took over two weeks for the car to arrive at the showroom.
