Driving from Hampshire to another car place and wasn’t made welcome I decided to have a look around your used car section What a wonderful welcome and experience I had at this dealership made very welcome highly recommend for customer service and care no ifs or buts and not at all pushy like some places out there definitely 100 stars if there was that amount I could click on I’m looking forward to be collecting my car soon from you once again thank you. I’ll be definitely be using your company again in the near future and also recommend your dealership to friends and family

Peugeot 3008
Bought a new peugeot 3008, easy to deal with, very competetive price and obtained a good part exchange deal to match the buy any car type sites which was much more convenient. Very friendly staff all dealt with over the phone/internet, just awaiting delivery of vehicle now.
After posting the above and being happy with the sales process to date I am very disappointed to learn today that my car is still not available for collection and is still somewhere "in the system". I am told, although this cannot be guaranteed, that I will have to wait until next week to take delivery. When receiving my initial sales quote I was told in the e-mail that the car was "in stock" this however did not mean that the car was "in stock" at the showroom but in a Peugeot compound somewhere in the UK. I still await confirmation of when I can collect my car but feel rather let down having to wait much longer than I had anticipated.

Could not be happier so far with the customer service given by Sam Windsor on buying my first brand new car. Very friendly staff compared to other garages which led me to purchase the car on first visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car in the future.
