I recently visited Stellantis & You in Chelmsford, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Jordan for taking the time to listen to what we were after and for providing guidance without any pressure and for her excellent customer service. She made sure I was well-informed throughout the entire process, and the she really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my decision. I always taken my car to Vauxhall since brand new and I couldn’t find anyone better to deal with my car for the last few years then Chris. No matter what the situation is he goes above and beyond for his customers I seen him do it whilst waiting to see him and he goes above and beyond for me. I needed a last minute date change for my service even though the other service advisors said no when I spoke to him he managed to work magic and get me in. When dealing with him he professional funny and understanding. He is a brand ambassador for Vauxhall and has been for a number of years and his service is always 5 star.
