Strong service from the team

Picked up my new 208 this week and the team (Shaun on the test drive and Dipesh thereafter) were helpful throughout the buying experience. The level of responsiveness to queries was good and on the day of collection Dipesh was helpful in running through the operation of the vehicle. Whilst I was offered the usual financial services on top (e.g. scratch protection etc) I didn't feel the team were too pushy, which you might get elsewhere. All in all thumbs up from me.

Just bought a car from Peugeot Stellantis sales rep Steven Lewis was very helpful kept me updated with how the finance was going. Received the car later than handover date due to problems with finance company but overall it was a good experience.

From the minute we walked into the showroom to us collecting our new car, Chloe was fantastic! Warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the cars, we couldn’t have asked for better. Chloe kept us informed every step of the way and on collection day we were made to feel like VIP’s! Loved the congratulations poster and the big bow on the car … superb service. We have had Peugeot’s for over 20 years but the customer service this time around was second to none. Lovely person and I would highly recommend. Well done Chloe you got everything spot on ????

I was a bit harsh on my previous review 2 days ago which I have deleted. The staff have been nothing but helpful and Sina in particular has always gone out of his way to ensure if I have any concerns that they are dealt with without delay. Sina working together with the service dept has been very positive in resolving any issues I have had and am very grateful to the team there for looking after me and my concerns.
