Was looking to purchase a vehicle after have my car for 16 years, went a lot of dealers and did not find anything that I liked and the customer service was not great. Rang up stalliant and you @ vaxhall in crawley booked on to view a car i saw on their website and called up spoke to Roland who was brilliant and dealing with my querie and taking me through the whole process. I bought a used Vauxhall Combo Electric from Stellantis and You Stockport. The salesman Paul was very professional and helpful over a number of visits and discussions we had. I was able to take the car on a good test run which enabled me to take it on the motorway and visit a supermarket to see how it was to park. As I was purchasing an EV for the first time I had lots of questions which were all openly discussed and dealt with. The car only came with one key but this was followed up and a new key supplied and programmed within a couple of weeks of the purchase.
