Stellantis Hurtmore, having spent most of the day phoning the hot line customer service (Citroen) and getting nowhere, I phoned the hurtmore dealership what a difference….Angela could tell I was stressed and talked to me in a calm natural way. I was really impressed by the way she helped me with the problem. Was able to take my car in the next day, it should be ready by the weekend. Richard kindly gave me a lift home. Well done everyone couldn’t have wished for better service …I nominate Angela for employee of the month. I received a phone call to say that my car was ready the next day and delivered back to me. I can not praise them enough. Thank you.

Best service I've received in many years ???? had one or two little problems with a car I purchased from your Preston branch, they were sorted with no drama the service team are fantastic and very professional but a big shout out to Lisa and Paul they always go above and beyond like I said first class ???? but just one tiny niggle you did promise me a McDonald's breakfast Lisa????!! Quality Parts and Service

I used Parts North West for my Alfa Romeo Giulia. I dealt with Elliot over the phone and on collection. The parts arrived quickly and were exactly as described. When I arrived to pick up the parts, Elliot helped me find the associated brackets/clips which they already had in stock and also recommended a reputable garage for installation.
