Good Service
Excellent service allowing me to pick up my car two days later. We were helped to set up the special features which were fully explained. A pleasure to take part in what can be a stressful experience.
Overall quite good
Car should be thoroughly cleaned from the inside, hence a 4/5 star rating. However the sales person was very cool and polite.

Nice place to purchase a car. Claire the sales adviser was very professional. We live a long way from showroom and most things were done over the phone. then completed when were there to collect car. Good customer service.
The Dog's Bo-ne
David Connor and all the staff at Robins and Day, Walton, were very cheerful/polite/helpful and dog lovers. Buying a used car was almost an enjoyable experience the only downside, parting with the cash. Thank you all, Pat, Ray and Monty ( the Westie )

To my mind, buying a first car should absolutely be a pleasant experience, from start to finish, and that, was exactly what it was for me!
Lewis was a friendly face, fantastically helpful, and went past the extra mile to help me. Took the time to listen to what i was looking for in a car, and made suggestions off the back of that, and has helped me find my new car, and again, gone above and beyond to suit what i wanted in the car. He's honestly an absolute credit to the dealership, and the brand, and exactly what the brand needs more of!
