Car leasing
Very impressed with service and helpful advice given. Alex was very professional and answered all my questions to help me in my choice of vehicle. I have never leased a car before so it was all a new experience for me.
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service from Ravi at Robins and Day Redditch. From choosing car, placing order and the final delivery of my C3 Aircross Flair nothing was too much trouble. He kept me informed when there was a slight delay in the delivery of my new car - even gave me a courtesy car to use as I had already sold my car on the day I thought my new one was being delivered. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ravi at Redditch.
PS. Really enjoying new car too !

Cannot complain about anything regarding the purchase of my car at Robins and Day Purgeot Morden.
From start to finish Mr Sean Weeks, my Sales Advisor was nothing but professional and supportive. He kept me abreast throughout the whole process by calling and allowed me the time to make informed decisions about purchasing my car. (Which we all know can be a worrying process)
I did not feel pressured in any way to accept additional products i was not happy with.
I would recommend Robins and Day purgeot Morden to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. And ask for Sean he will make sure your purchase suits you.

This was my first time buying a car. I was quite anxious about this and Steven Allaker made it easy. He made my experience stress free and fun. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. If I was to buy another car, I would want to do business with him.

I chose to give 5 stars as the service I received at Robins and Day Chingford was once again amazing. Both the manager, Steve, and the gentleman dealing with me directly, Haymish, made everything very easy to understand and did their utmost to make sure my mother and I received a high quality of service. Once I’d decided how I would be processing, my new car was ordered and Haymish kept me up to date with everything all the way up until collecting my new car.
