I used John McVey to help me and provide a 2nd hand car for my daughter. He was brilliant; kept me updated once the car had been selected and oversaw the car being prepared on handover. I traveled quite a distance to secure the car and would definitely recommend this to any potential customers to make the trip to the dealer and particularly use John. We bought two used vehicles recently fom Robins & Day in Romford. Adam from used car sales team was excellent and he made the whole car buying process extremely easy. Adams friendly and no pressure sales attitude gave us confident and we knew that we were in good hands. we were kept updated at all times. Also a special thanks to used car Sales Manager Jordon who put the whole deal together for us. Very friendly and helpful used car sales team at Peugeot Robins & Day in Romford. Excellent car buying experience. We arrived at the showroom late in the day and enquired about the car we are now buying. The Sales Advisor Nick was very helpful, offered us hot drinks and gave us plenty of time with the vehicle we were interested in. He arranged for us to drive a demonstration vehicle and afterwards explained clearly all the purchasing options available.6 years agoLovely experience
