The customer service we received from Tom Preston

The customer service we received from Tom Preston was exceptional, nothing felt like it was too much trouble and cannot be faulted and if this review was on that alone then it would have been 5 stars. However I have to go down to 4 stars based on the actual dealership. We were there a long time, and something to eat (even a biscuit) would have helped and customer parking was practically non existent! 5 stars for our sales advisor though, great service!!!

So far so good

So far so good, I ordered a Peugeot 5008 GT Line a short while ago and have received regular updates on my order, due to be delivered in a couple of weeks, if the after sales service continues the way it started then I'm in good hands, update I've had for around 12 months now and it is still as fantastic as when I picked it up, great mpg from the 1.5 diesel auto average 47mpg around town

Incredible service from start to…

Incredible service from start to finish. Bought from the branch in Edgware and cant recommend enough. Friendly staff, great show room, really fantastic experience all round. Abdul in particular was such a massive help, so informative and really understanding of my situation from the outset and helped the process run smoothly. Next time I'm in the market for a car I will definitely be contacting him before I do anything else!
