Malcolm was an attentive sales person who did everything within his remit to ensure I received the best deal for the vehicle I wished to purchase. I would definitely recommend Robins & Day in Sale if you are interested in purchasing a Peugeot. I have had several quotes from other Peugeot dealerships but this was the best by far. It is not often I buy a vehicle but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was at Robins and Day. I found they were very professional and informative during the whole experience. Blaine was very clear and knowledgeable about Peugeot products and took time to explain the finer details making sure I understood everything when I purchased my 2017 Peugeot 2008 Allure. I have been very happy with my new vehicle since collecting it almost a week ago. I would certainly recommend this dealership to others.7 years agoReally helpful

I recently visited Robins and Day in Edgware for the tom tom live updates for my new 3008. In the service department they presented themselves not knowing about this update. I was reassured that they will find the way on how to solve it and took me to their waiting area and served with a nice coffee. As I was waiting, one of their staff named Vish Joshi approached me and asked me if what can he do for me. I mentioned the above problem and dealt the problem professionally. With this good manner and instant action, the problem was addressed and solved quickly.7 years agoExcellent service

Previously a Mini owner, traded in my Cooper S for a 3008 and I was so impressed with Peugeot’s performance, apart from the car being feature packed and lovely to drive, Adam Evans the sales guy made the whole process go like clockwork and that’s hard compared to Mini Well done to Robins and Day for employing people like this it’s hard to find such excellent customer service these days7 years ago10/10 for Peter Ward at Hatfield Citroen.
Just picked up a my new Citroen car from Hatfield. From start to finish the experience with Hatfield has been excellent. There are so many stereotypes of 'dodgy car dealers' with pushy salesmen out to rip you off. This reflects previous experiences when buying a car. Not so at Hatfield. Peter Ward was the antithesis of this. Polite yet humorous and very emotionally intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable, he let us think and decide, rather than railroading us into decisions. He replied to emails almost instantly, did not do the 'hard sell' on any additional products, and ensured the whole process was smooth. He had (though modestly did not mention them) a number of awards on his desk for customer service, and I can see why. Given his excellent manner we have taken out servicing with them and will be loyal customers from here on in. THANK YOU PETER! Citroen - please give him a pay rise and a C3 Aircross auto as his next company car :-)Leave us a review
