I can not fault the service I have received at Robins & Day. The thought of going into a car dealership to buy my first car was quite daunting for me and I was feeling very anxious about it but my nerves were soon put at ease by your colleague Gary. He listened to what I was looking for and only ever had my best interests in mind when advising on the best car/packages for my needs/budget. Over all an extremely positive car buying experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Gary for your help on the the test drive as well.

Carole was very helpful throughout the sale process and was very patient with all our many questions and form completion. The only slight disappointment was although Carole enquired about the delivery of the new car and was told it was on the dockside at Sheerness (in the same county) it then took over two weeks for the car to arrive at the showroom.
