Great range of used cars to view
There was a fabulous choice of used cars to view. Sam Malpas was our salesman, this has been the easiest purchase of a car i have ever had. The car, 3 years old but 36K miles has been handed over in very good condition. Thank you

Attend the garage after seeing a vehicle advertised, the vehicle was immediately made available for a test drive. No messing about over price or PX. Not pushy, nothing to much trouble, good product knowledge overall a good buying experience.

Samantha the sales rep was very good so my comments are about the organisation.
You really do need to make it easier for customers to view the models you have on sale.
This was not possible on my visit. In addition you should supply all potential customers with a list of specifications for the range of car they are considering.
It's difficult understanding the difference between an Allure and a Signature etc in the 208 range.
