Outstanding customer service!!
I was looking for a new vehicle after mine was reaching the end of its Mobility lease. Upon arriving at the showroom we were introduced to Lisa Lock as our mobility specialist and we cannot sing her praises enough!!! She was polite, friendly, informative, patient and beyond helpful. She provided all the information we wanted on a variety of vehicles, listened to all our questions and requirements from a vehicle and never once made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. She helped us to extend the lease on our current vehicle to cover the period between its ending and delivery of our new vehicle. Lisa called us frequently throughout the process and also called after the car was delivered to ask how we were getting on with it. We literally could not have asked for anything more from Lisa and would like to thank her for going above and beyond for us!! If more people treated their customers like she does the world would be a better place!!

Very pleasant dealership. Staff very knowledgeable and very helpful with questions regarding differences in spec levels of each model within a range. Also no 'hard sell' techniques which is always welcome. Recommended dealership.
Buying your car couldn't be easier.
Buying your car couldn't be easier. The whole process is dealt with in a professional but friendly atmosphere. Everything is explained in detail so there are no nasty surprises in the future. The salesman I dealt with was called Robert Batley and you couldn't wish for a better person. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional and he made sure everything was correct before I left. I am now looking forward to owning my new Peugeot 3008 in September.
Easy stress free way to purchase a vehicle
I have bought numerous new or used cars in the past, but have never had the experience made so stress free. Zara made my wife and I welcome from the time we arrived at the showroom and was very helpful and able to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Robins and Day if you were thinking of buying a new or used vehicle.
