The Chiswick branch - highly recommended!

The Chiswick branch were absolutely fantastic. Rakesh and Simon made me feel like a valued customer from the very first interaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them. After visiting several other brands and showrooms I was really impressed with the service, communication and honesty I received. How they treat their customers should be the bench mark for the motor industry. Highly recommended.

Nice to get what had been initially…

Nice to get what had been initially announced. There was no hidden agenda, no hidden costs. What we had seen online was what we were offered. The team was on time for the meeting and the attention was perfect. Overall good impression and worthy of a blue chip car dealer.

I dealt with Sue at Robins and Day - a real credit to the company - very pleasant to deal with and efficient, always emails or phones back quickly - helped get the deal done when the finance company were being sticky - I can't recommend her highly enough!

Very impressed with Robins and Day

Very impressed with Robins and Day in Walton. My first experience was with sales, looking for a new C4 to replace my old Family Car. Sales people were polite, knew all the details, did not oversell and i found as a women, i was treated fairly and all communication was delivered in a non-patronising way. Since then, the car has been in for a health check and at first, i was booked in and the courtesy that was booked for me sadly wasn't returned by the previous customer and sadly this was a wasted 40 minute journey to the garage. But, mistakes happen and i was very impressed with how they handled that mistake. They booked my car in for a 2 day check, made sure the car was available and Terence handled by query with incredible knowledge and professionalism. He kept me up to date, was able to explain everything that needed to be done and returned the car one day early. There should be more Terences working in car garages up and down the country!

I cant thank zoe or Ross enough at the Sheffield branch they both went over and above in my opinion to make the sale smooth and enjoyable experience in purchasing my brand new car very very customer focused thank you .
