We collected our 2008 some three weeks ago and must say we are very pleased with it. Also the attention we received in the Showroom was excellent and have no complaints and would recommend them to others. All we are waiting for is the Handbook which was missing!

I was treated with respect and was kept informed at all times as things proceeded. There was a problem with my payment not I might add the fault of the salesman Ajit or Martin the manager. I twice requested a chip and pin payment from my bank and twice they didn't do it which caused a real headache for Martin. I only mention this as it might happen again and could mean a customer might walk away from a sale. I love my car and I have had a lot of cars over the years but I think this one is the best I m a happy bunny.

Malcolm's friendly approachable manner made this a good experience. Plenty of useful information. Comprehensive test drive and a thorough breakdown of options.His time allocation seemed to be 'as long as it takes'. Certainly his manner was a large part of deciding to place an order with Robins & Day.

We are getting a new Motability car and my wife needed to test drive it to see if she could drive it. Rav was able to get the car to test when we wanted, and once tested, he was able to talk us through the process and get the ball rolling. He was also very patient with our indecision on trim.
