Review of service in the purchase of a car in June 2020
We were very happy overall with the service we received from Robins & Day in the purchase of our new car.
Sam French explained the passport scheme very clearly and in the extenuating circumstances of the Coronovirus period we felt very safe by the measures that were taken. Sam was very polite and amenable throughout the process, answering our questions in a patient and knowledgable way. The delay in the delivery of the car appeared to be related to Coronovirus, nonetheless the Manager of the Godalming branch was very apologetic and his concern was followed up by his actions. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
