An easy purchase and no pressure. My Astra was exchanged without any hassle. The paperwork was completed efficiently by the salesman, Saif Alam. I just had to make one phone call to transfer my insurance to the Corsa.
The Corsa was ready to go on the day promised. Saif took the time to go over the key controls as it was a little different from the Astra.
The big surprise was the inclusion of lovely new mats. (I was planning to use my old ones)
A couple of minor niggles: The Network Q Assist was not in my name initially. This has been resolved. Secondly, the service items were not ticked although record was stamped. However, there is a computer record.
In essence, an easy purchase.
