Simple, straightforward upgrade to a new model 3008

We have been extremely pleased with our current Peugeot 3008 1.6 Diesel, GT Line Premium, which we bought from Robins and Day Chelmsford in March 2018. I had a call from Jack Quire at Robins and Day on 21st July regarding changing to a new model with the same specification, and have been in today, 24th July, to sign all the paperwork, and we collect our new car on 30th! All very simple, painless, and a pleasure to do business with Jack in particular, but, as always, with the rest of the staff, who have always been friendly, courteous and helpful.

New car purchase

I recently purchased a new car at this dealership and I thought the experience and process to be pretty quick and painless. Very down to earth team and Akeel was very knowledgable and helpful. I do think in general the company could really improve their own customer experience and internal admin by using a paperless app. I left with more printed documents than I brought :)

Paul at Peugeot Leicester has been very patient with my daughter and myself, both buying a car at the same time. Very pleased!

I received a friendly and helpful service from Keith who made sure that I left with the car I wanted plus extras. I found the staff on site very friendly and accommodating as they helped entertain my two young boys by providing a plasma tv with many kids channels to keep them from boredom whilst I discussed my purchase. I would definitely be telling others interested in Citroen or any car from the PSA GROUP to visit this branch :D Overall excellent service!

Good experience buying a Citroen C3…

Good experience buying a Citroen C3 Aircross and trading in a Chrysler delta. The Sales executive was attentive and helpful, although my Wife and I were likely some of the more easier customers he has had to deal with. Coronavirus systems were adequate and acceptable. Only 4.5 stars due to the lack of the Handbook and Service Booklet which should really have been with the vehicle. However, these will be replaced in due course. Recommended. TVR

This is the third Peugeot we have purchased from Robins & Day Chelmsford and would highly recommend them. A very friendly showroom and all our needs met. Nothing is too much trouble.
