Buying a new car was a pleasant experience.

Visited Peugeot Romford yesterday to enquire about the new 208 . All the team where very helpful polite and answered all my queries. I got a good deal on my part-exchange which allowed me to purchase the brand new 208 .

Great but can do better...
Purchased a 2017 208 GT Line. Good experience overall but slightly disappointed with a few things. After seeing the car for the first time and then coming back 5 days later to collect, the front two alloys had been quite heavily scratched/chipped. We asked about this and asked if their was anything they could do at all, to which their response was no, even from the manager. It's a shame as we have photos of the car/wheels when I came to look and on the photos they are not damaged then. Wouldn't even fill the tank up for me to cover some of the repairing costs - their only excuse was that they were loosing money on the car already even though previously they said they were not making much on it. But overall good experience.

I went into the showroom on the off chance and was helped very efficiently, I achieved my aim and purchased the car I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble ,very happy customer !!
1 yr old Peogeot 2008 (19)
We collected our 2008 some three weeks ago and must say we are very pleased with it. Also the attention we received in the Showroom was excellent and have no complaints and would recommend them to others. All we are waiting for is the Handbook which was missing!
