My wife and I received excellent pre-sales service by Sharon and Peter at Robins & Day Stockport. Sharon understood our main requirements of a small SUV from the start and pointed us in the right direction towards a 2008 GT Line. Nothing was too much trouble for her and Peter, but there was no pressure to buy. Having driven VW Passats and Jettas for the last 12 years, we expected a huge difference by changing back to a Peugeot but as with our 309s and 407s pre-our VWs we find the 2008 an easy and efficient drive which ticks all the boxes for my wife's back condition and the difficult access lane to our rural Welsh home. I can definitely recommend the Sales Team at Robins & Day and have no doubt that their Service Team will be equally as helpful and reliable.6 years agoExcellent firm to deal with
Excellent firm to deal with. My daughter had an unforeseen problem with a car which the General Manager Jamie Chattin at Chiswick dealt with promptly and with great courtesy, resolving the problem swiftly and entirely to our satisfaction. I recently purchased a used car from Robins and Day in Redditch. I live in South Wales and had seen the car on line but Jack Holden at Redditch was excellent in dealing with my enquiry, answering all my questions, arranging part exchange and sorting out the paperwork. When my family and I visited the showroom we had a warm welcome from Jack and all the other staff and the transaction was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the car and the service I received and will have no hesitation in dealing with Robins and Day again in the future. Fergus was a delight. He put no pressure on us, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and didn't feel like what you stereotypically expect from a car salesman. It was a good route to test out the car and we're looking forward to picking it up on Monday!6 years agoThe experience was great!
The experience was great! Though it was very difficult to get through the phone and speak to people from sales. Dropping by the dealership was very easy and simple. The people at the dealership were very professional and accommodating. Ivan was very helpful and made the process of buying a new car very simple.
