the dealership were professional and helpful and went out of their way to get the car of our choice.
The insurance company were a little less efficient - waited over 20 minutes on Saturday 7th March 2020 around 4.40 to get insurance so we could get our car on Sunday 8th March 2020 after listening to endless messages it eventually switched message at 5pm to inform me offices closed until Monday morning. This meant we were unable to collect our car on the sunday as arranged.

A good experience.
I had a great experience buying my Peugeot 306 from Robins and day In Godalming, I had travelled a reasonable distance with my wife to view a car I Had seen online. When we arrived all the sales people were busy but they found time to pull the car out For us to view whilst serving other customers. kristian was the sales person that then dealt with us, we found him to be extremely knowledgable and efficient, and dealt with our purchase. When I arrived to pick the car up it was extremely well presented and the couple of little blemishes had been dealt with. All in all a good experience and I would return to buy another car from this garage in the future.

Fantastic customer service
I picked up my brand new Crossland X this week from Yeading Lane Vauxhall and I have had the best experience of buying a new car. Mohammed Khan was the sales advisor who helped me through he process. He was very informative and helpful throughout and gave me all the time required for my purchase. When I collected the car, he helped me learn about all the gadgets and buttons on my new car. The communication during the car buying process was also great. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them. Since then Mohammed has followed up my purchase to check all satisfactory and he has been more than willing to help when I had questions. Thank you.
Picked up my brand new Peugeot 208…
Picked up my brand new Peugeot 208 today. So pleased with the car. Robins and Day Glasgow was a whole new experience for me. Usually dealing with sales people can be stressful. However I was very pleasantly surprised, Conor Jeffries was a pleasure to deal with. Reassured me at every step talked through what would happen next. Today the “unveiling of the car” was a pleasant surprise. Thanks again. I will be recommending you to everyone ;)

As a Motability customer I need to take my time when choosing, Danielle was so good, i didn’t feel I was being steered away from a particular car (which happened at another dealership prior to this). I felt relaxed here and Danielle just let me sit in the cars without pushing me towards a certain type. I found my perfect car within a few minutes of arriving, I was asked if I wanted more time to think about it before placing the order and the paperwork was done quickly. Plus the car I sat in was the car I’m taking, no waiting for months on end. I can not recommend Robins and Day highly enough.
