Relaxed, friendly and informative buying experience.
Emily took time to listen to my concerns and needs, before suggesting a car that would be most suitable at this time. She did not pressurise me into buying a fancier specification. She explained clearly the financial options, again recommending a package that would suit me best. Emily then explained clearly how the new 2008 differs from the old one as she took me to a model in the showroom. Everyone I met was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The sales guy, Jacob was polite honest and helpful explaining all I needed to know.
He even threw in an extra worth £400 free. Excellent service so far, I await delivery of new car in September and hope all go’s as smoothly as when I ordered.

I collected my new 3008 today
I collected my new car today and the salesman was very efficient and helpful.
I came away with I thought a good basic knowledge of the operation of the car
I,m sure there are still things to lean modern cars with touchscreens seem complicated at first but I think Phillip did a good job of pointing out the important bits.
He was very good and had a friendly manner.
Also he connected my phone which was very helpful

Salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy and he spent some time with us explaining different options and prices. He was very patient and we were extremely happy with the service offered.

The salesperson Tim Farrow was excellent in his help and advice. We were interested in 2 different cars and he took us through the benefits of each, pricing and other details. He assisted us to make a decision between the two, and ensured that we were happy with our purchase. His input actually meant that we purchased the cheaper car of the 2, rather than try to get us to buy the more expensive one!
During the process of completing paperwork he gave full explanations and ensured that this was the car which we wanted.
Tim made buying a car an absolute pleasure!
